OP-2-1 is a City of San Diego base zone in the Open Space – Park family (San Diego Municipal Code, Chapter 13). The purpose of the OP zones is to be applied to public parks and facilities in order to promote recreation and facilitate the implementation of land use plans (SDMC Chapter 13).
