- No commitment to accuracy: Data, analysis, and AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at higher rates than in a production release.
- No commitment to availability: The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or degraded performance without prior notice. We do not guarantee any level of uptime or availability.
- No commitment to service continuity: Features, data coverage, supported regions, pricing, and the Service itself may change substantially or be discontinued at any time without notice.
- Free access is temporary: During the beta period, registered users receive 10 free tokens for various actions on the Service (such as property lookups and reports). We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to change the number of free tokens granted, the cost of any action, or the offer as a whole.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lord of the Land ("the Service"), operated by Lord of the Land Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lord of the Land is a web-based platform that provides geographic information system (GIS) data, property records, zoning information, and AI-powered analysis for real estate properties across multiple cities and countries. The Service aggregates data from publicly available official sources (including national, regional and municipal authorities and planning committees) and third-party APIs.
3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer & No Reliance
The information provided through this Service is for general informational purposes only. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all use is at your sole risk.
- Property data, parcel boundaries, zoning designations, assessed values, ownership records, flood zone information, and all other GIS data are sourced from public official sources (national, regional and municipal authorities, planning committees, and similar bodies) and third-party services. We do not independently verify this data.
- Data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Authorities update their records on varying schedules, and there may be delays between official changes and their reflection in our Service.
- Parcel boundaries shown on the map are approximate and should not be used for surveying, legal boundary determination, or construction planning.
- AI-generated analysis and summaries are produced by large language models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations of the underlying data.
4. No Professional Advice
Nothing on this Service constitutes legal, financial, real estate, tax, or professional advice. The Service is a data aggregation and visualization tool — not a substitute for professional consultation. You agree that the Company is not acting as your advisor, agent, broker, or fiduciary in any capacity. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of any information obtained through the Service for your particular circumstances.
5. User Accounts
- You may browse the Service without an account with 3 free tokens for various actions on the Service. The number of tokens and the cost of each action may change at any time at our discretion.
- Creating an account requires a valid email address or social login (Google, Facebook).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts created with false information.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service using automated tools.
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service, its systems, or its technical delivery systems.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to compile data for competing products or services.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All rights reserved. All content, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, algorithms, data models, data compilations, reports, and original text of the Service are the exclusive property of Lord of the Land Ltd. ("the Company") and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Without limiting the foregoing, the following constitute proprietary intellectual property of the Company: the aggregation methodology, data structure and organization, search and analysis algorithms, AI models, AI-generated reports and analysis, scoring systems, data visualizations, and any other original processing or presentation of data — regardless of whether the underlying raw data is publicly available.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content or data obtained through the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.
- Use screenshots, exports, or printed outputs from the Service in commercial materials, publications, or competing products.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service's software, algorithms, or AI models.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings displayed on the Service.
- Frame, mirror, or embed the Service (or any portion thereof) on another website or application without written permission.
- Use any content, data, reports, or analysis obtained through the Service for the purpose of developing, training, improving, or operating a competing product or service.
- Extract, scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service — whether manually or through automated means — for any purpose, including but not limited to building datasets, populating databases, or training machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
- Use any output of the Service (including AI-generated analysis) as training data, fine-tuning data, or input for any external machine learning model, large language model, or AI system.
Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as viewing, printing a single property report for your own reference) is permitted. Any other use requires our express written authorization.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
This Privacy Policy describes how Lord of the Land Ltd. (the "Controller" / בעל שליטה במאגר, as defined in the law) collects, uses and protects personal information about you (the "data subject" / נושא מידע) in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות), as amended by the Privacy Protection Law (Amendment No. 13), 5784-2024, in force from August 14, 2025; the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017; and, where applicable, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Provisions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 5783-2023. Where users reach the Service from outside Israel we observe applicable local data-protection norms in good faith.
Voluntariness: Providing personal data to us is voluntary. There is no statutory obligation requiring you to register. You may browse the Service with 3 free tokens for various actions on the Service without an account. Without an account you cannot save parcels, use the AI chat, upload custom layers or generate Property Dossiers — those are the consequences of declining to provide data.
Information We Collect:
- We collect your email address, name, and authentication data when you create an account (including profile data from Google Sign-In or Facebook Login if you use those methods).
- We log property lookups and usage statistics (coordinates, region, parcel identifiers, quota usage) to operate and improve the Service.
- We log your chat messages and the property context sent to our AI assistant (see "AI Processing" below).
- Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We do not store credit card numbers — we receive only subscription status and customer/subscription IDs.
- Marketing attribution: If you arrive via a campaign link with UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_content), we record the source so we understand which content drives signups. No personal data is collected from the link itself.
AI Processing (OpenAI):
- When you send messages to our AI assistant, your message text and the relevant property context (coordinates, parcel data, zoning information) are transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
- OpenAI processes this data to generate AI responses. Per OpenAI's API data policy, API inputs are not used to train their models by default.
- We may store chat history in our database to improve the Service, support quota enforcement, and enable conversation continuity.
- Do not include sensitive personal information (financial details, health data, government ID numbers, passwords) in chat messages — content sent to AI services may be retained per their respective policies.

Cookies & Tracking:
- We use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and CSRF protection. These are required for the Service to function.
- We use analytics cookies to collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, features used, general location) to improve the Service.
- Third-party services (Google Maps, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, LemonSqueezy) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
- By using the Service, you consent to the use of cookies as described above.
How We Use Your Data:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including account management and authentication.
- To enforce usage quotas and subscription status.
- To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights:
- Access (Section 13 of the Privacy Protection Law): you may request to inspect the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction (Section 14): you may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion of your account: you may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at support@lordoftheland.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Direct-marketing opt-out (Section 17ו / 17vav): we currently do not send direct-marketing communications. Should that ever change, you will be able to opt out at any time and request removal from any direct-marketing database we maintain.
- You may revisit your cookie preferences via the cookie-preference banner shown on first visit, or by clearing your browser cookies.
Data Retention: We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months for service improvement purposes. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, though anonymized aggregate data may be retained.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps Platform, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, OpenAI, LemonSqueezy, and various official GIS APIs operated by national, regional and municipal authorities. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
10. Data Source Availability & Service Changes
The Service aggregates data from multiple external sources, including official GIS systems operated by national, regional and municipal authorities, public records databases, and third-party APIs. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We may add, modify, or remove data sources at any time and without prior notice.
- We may discontinue integrations with any external API or data provider at our sole discretion.
- Geographic coverage areas may change — cities, regions, or countries may be added or removed from the Service at any time.
- The availability, completeness, and update frequency of data for any given area depends on the external source and is outside our control.
- We make no commitment to the continuity, completeness, or ongoing availability of any specific data source, data type, geographic area, or feature of the Service.
The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We reserve the right to change any aspect of the Service — including its features, data coverage, pricing, and supported regions — at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate or complete.
- In no event shall Lord of the Land Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lord of the Land Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
