By accessing or using Lord of the Land ("the Service"), operated by Lord of the Land Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Lord of the Land is a web-based platform that provides geographic information system (GIS) data, property records, zoning information, and AI-powered analysis for real estate properties across multiple cities and countries. The Service aggregates data from publicly available government sources and third-party APIs.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer & No Reliance

The information provided through this Service is for general informational purposes only. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that all use is at your sole risk.

No Reliance — Assumption of Risk: You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Service is provided for informational and reference purposes only; (b) you shall not rely on any data, analysis, report, or output of the Service for making financial, legal, planning, investment, construction, permitting, or any other consequential decisions; (c) any decision you make based on information obtained through the Service is made entirely at your own risk and discretion; and (d) the Company bears no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from actions taken in reliance on information provided by the Service.
Property Values Warning: Assessed values, market estimates, sale prices, and any other monetary figures displayed by the Service are sourced from public records and may be outdated, incorrect, or mismatched to the wrong parcel. Property values can change at any time due to market conditions, reassessments, or data corrections. Never rely on values shown in this Service for purchase offers, loan applications, tax appeals, or any financial decision. Always obtain an independent professional appraisal.
Zoning & Land Use Warning: Zoning classifications, permitted uses, setback requirements, floor area ratios, and other regulatory information shown by the Service may be inaccurate, outdated, or incorrectly mapped to a given parcel. Zoning codes are frequently amended by local governments, and overlay districts, variances, conditional use permits, and pending rezoning applications may not be reflected. Never rely on zoning data shown in this Service for construction, development, permitting, or investment decisions. All content, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software code, algorithms, data models, data compilations, reports, and original text of the Service are the exclusive property of Lord of the Land Ltd. ("the Company") and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Without limiting the foregoing, the following constitute proprietary intellectual property of the Company: the aggregation methodology, data structure and organization, search and analysis algorithms, AI models, AI-generated reports and analysis, scoring systems, data visualizations, and any other original processing or presentation of data — regardless of whether the underlying raw data is publicly available.

Public Data vs. Proprietary Processing: While certain raw data displayed by the Service originates from public government databases and remains subject to the terms of those original sources, the manner in which such data is collected, aggregated, structured, analyzed, visualized, and presented by the Service constitutes original works of authorship and proprietary trade secrets of the Company, fully protected by intellectual property law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
