Accessibility Statement
Statement date: 22 May 2026 · Status: in progress
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to making Lord of the Land usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working to bring the Service into conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and Israeli Standard (IS) 5568.
2. Conformance Status
The Service is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA — some parts of the Service do not yet fully meet the standard. A structured remediation effort is underway, and this statement will be updated as each part is completed.
3. Accessibility Features Already in Place
- Sufficient text colour contrast across the site, in both the dark and light themes.
- Page-structure landmarks and a “skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- A full bilingual Hebrew / English interface with correct right-to-left support.
- Dialogs that can be dismissed with the keyboard.
Further improvements — full keyboard operability of every control, form-field labelling, ARIA on interactive elements, and focus management — are in progress.
4. Known Limitations
The following parts of the Service are not yet fully accessible. We are working on them, and in the meantime we provide the alternatives described below:
- Interactive map, Street View and 3D views — these rely on third-party components (Google Maps) that cannot currently be made fully operable by keyboard or screen reader. Alternative: the same property information — ownership, parcel data, zoning, land use, planning and building rights — is available in text form through the chat panel, which is keyboard accessible.
- Some interactive controls are still being made fully keyboard operable.
5. Accessibility Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or you need information from the Service in an accessible format, please use the accessibility contact details below:
- Name: Erez Lavi
- Email: erez@lordoftheland.com
We will make every effort to respond to accessibility requests and reports within a reasonable time.
6. Reporting an Accessibility Problem

7. Service Operator
The Lord of the Land service is operated by Erez and Moran Arbel Lavi, a registered Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק פטור no. 039293725).
